There is no Tradify app on Zapier. The listing at zapier.com/apps/tradify returns a 404, and Tradify publishes no developer portal, no public REST API and no webhooks, so the usual patterns fail too: Webhooks by Zapier cannot catch events Tradify never sends, and it cannot write jobs back because there is no public write endpoint. Tradify's supported connections are Xero and QuickBooks Online globally, MYOB AccountRight and Essentials in Australia and New Zealand, Sage in the UK and Ireland, Stripe for payments, and Google Calendar. Every workable Zapier route therefore runs through one of those. The accounting bridge is the strongest: the Tradify to Xero sync is two-way and carries invoices, bills, customers, suppliers and payments, so Zapier's Xero app (triggers including New Sales Invoice, New Payment, New Bill, New or Updated Contact and Overdue Sales Invoice) gives you real, near-instant automation on the financial half of the business. What it will not give you is the job half: enquiries, quotes, scheduling, timesheets and purchase orders stay inside Tradify. Two warnings. Webhooks by Zapier is a premium app that needs a paid Zapier plan, so budget for Starter or above. And avoid the services advertising an unofficial Tradify API: they work by logging in as you, they sit outside Tradify's terms, and they break whenever the interface changes. If Zapier-native job triggers are genuinely non-negotiable, that is a tool selection question rather than an integration one, and it is worth weighing against platforms that publish an API and webhooks.

Bridge Tradify into Zapier through Xero or QuickBooks Online
Tradify has no app on Zapier, but it does have a supported two-way accounting sync. Once an invoice, bill, customer or supplier lands in Xero or QuickBooks Online, Zapier can see it through those platforms' own apps. This is the only route that gives you real-time, event-driven automation off Tradify data without touching an unofficial API.
Capture enquiries in Zapier before they reach Tradify
Because Tradify has no public write API, nothing can create a job for you. What Zapier can do is own everything upstream of the job: capture the enquiry, qualify it, notify the right person, and hand your office a clean record to key in. In practice this removes most of the delay between an enquiry arriving and someone acting on it, even though the Tradify entry itself stays manual.
Push availability into the Tradify Scheduler via Google Calendar
Google Calendar is the one first-party path that carries data into Tradify rather than out of it. Zapier can create events on the calendar Tradify watches, and those events appear in the Scheduler so nobody books over a commitment made in another system. It is an availability feed, not a job feed.
Batch reporting from Tradify exports
For reporting rather than real-time automation, Tradify data can leave as a file. A scheduled export dropped into cloud storage gives Zapier something to react to, which is enough for weekly margin, timesheet or work-in-progress reporting. It is a batch pattern, so do not build anything time-sensitive on it.

Those routes run on their own schedules, so expect minutes or hours rather than seconds. We tell you upfront which parts of your workflow can be automated and which still need a person.
